Qualifications
- College education prefers science/math/computer background.
- High school soccer coaching experience
- Prefers female, speaking Spanish.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for helping with the practice plan each day and informing students of said plan.
As an Assistant Coach, this individual is responsible for some aspects of the soccer program.
Process through emails of interested students who would like to join the soccer program.
Travel to area schools, events, or showcases as the Head Coach needs.
- Teaching and academic monitoring
Teaching 1 or 2 classes followed by school credit requirements
Assist the head coach to watch your player’s academic status to ensure that they are in line to meet the NCAA requirements.
If needed, support students in their academic performance.
Be a major guidance and chairperson in students‘ dorm life.
- Team performance and discipline personnel:
Create a positive and conducive environment for player and team growth.
Assist head coach in the disciplinary process for any violations of the student code of conduct.
- Transport and meals support:
Transport team to all games and competitions, also in charge of meals for any extended trips.
- Responsible for cleaning team uniforms and other support.
