Job Title: Recruiting Agent (Vietnam Marketing)

 

 

General Job Description:

 

TheRecruiting Agent will work for the Admissions office, focusing on international marketing, especially in Vietnam. This person will report to the Director of Asian Market.

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

           

Recruiting Agent Position will work with the Director of Asian Market, focusing on Vietnam and International marketing, as well as assisting in the office with the student application process.  Work in these areas will include, but not be limited to:

 

• Achieve recruitment goals through direct contact with students and parents
• Support effective relationship management, including developing potential new representatives
• Collaborate with other colleagues on Admissions and Marketing throughout the student recruitment cycle.
• Schedule campus tours for prospective students and families and assist in conducting them when needed 
• Monitor and collect missing forms for both admissions by contacting student families and guardians 
• Uploading materials to campus portals for tracking all admissions paperwork

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English and Vietnamese
• A bachelor's or master's degree from an American university is preferred
• Experience in educational recruiting and school admission is preferred
• Good understanding of recruiting and marketing processes in international education
• Excellent people skills and the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, including attending international educational events, hosting live webinars
